1. Leader of Los Santos Police Department
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1) LSPD for me was the starting organization that I joined, like it is for most new incomers to the city. However, I have spent a lot of time in different organisations such as SAHP. I have learned different ways of how to lead departments and people within an organisation. It truly gave me a different insight of the city, especially meeting new people and being able to gather more perspectives. I would like to use these new experiences to create a new Term in LSPD which will create new opportunities, offering training and new experiences within various departments. It’s important that organisations such as LSPD prepare people with city rules and deeper knowledge of how the city works. Further you are able to connect with different Units and citizens which improves the communication skills. It’s important that my Officer is able to express themselves correctly and is able to handle any extreme situations while coordinating with other organisations. In order to achieve these goals it’s important to have a strong high command which you can trust and are able to lead the organisation when deputies or leaders are not available. This made not only me but everyone have a professional but fun environment.
2.2) After being able to have experienced more insights about other organisations, it gave me the crucial aspects of what should be improved when having a term in a state organisation. It’s important that LSPD remains the most reliable way of communicating between organisations as they work within the city. One of my goals is to strive towards building a strong community. I want to have fewer mistakes to prevent cases and punishments . This can only be done if everyone works together as a Team ensuring everyone sticks together, especially helping each other out if someone struggles. Teamwork is by far the most important in the LSPD, including trust. High commands play the most crucial role in an org, finding the right mix between new high commands and getting them fully trained and prepared, but also having very experienced high commands who can actively participate in more detailed tasks when help is needed.
2.3) One of the last reasons I would like to become the next leader of LSPD is to keep making sure that the right Officers get their opportunity to shine out. Giving them all their important responsibilities they need to become a future leader. Thanks to being a deputy in various organisations, I learned from many different leaders of how to lead departments. Teaching me new skills everyday and how to act differently in situations in order to improve from day to day. I have noticed that the only way of learning is by cooperating with other Units. Team work skills are crucial to win and dominate situations. Respecting each other and other organisations allows you to grow stronger and lead towards success.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
The next way we would create more Rp within LSPD is by interacting with other organizations. The way we would interact with other orgs is with respect and professionalism. This would allow us to collaborate for swat training with NG, Checkpoints to be hosted with all departments including EMS, and the IB department to learn and perfect their skills with FIB when searching for wanted criminals. Creating new work relations is the key to gaining new experiences and improving themselves. Furthermore, it's important to have a strong HRT Team in order to have the best officers within the city, who are able to provide safety for citizens while performing on a professional basis.
Another key factor is the importance of Newcomers in the org, as they are the bright future for the org. Making sure they are getting properly trained and taught, while also making it fun for them is very important. In recent Term I have noticed that the importance of the Phase 1,2 and 3 training is not enough. I want to implement face to face training again, ensuring that every Officer is 100% able to perform their duties correctly. Besides the hard work, it's important to keep the organization together in a family environment as mentioned before. This can be done with the help of Public relations. Not only do they conduct Events with citizens to get closer, but also they can do Events within the organizations, in order for officers to get to know each other better and have a fun part while being on duty. Internal events will improve relationships between Officers and make them have contacts which could help them even after the Term. Switching up tasks and having different patrol partners can be beneficial for someone's performance on duty. Aswell for towing, it's important to make it more enjoyable. Tow raids vy TE can be done to teach units how to tow and tp clean areas in a faster time frame. It's important that everyone helps each other when it comes to towing. TE will play a crucial point in making radar checks, tows, and patrolling more enjoyable.
In my Term I want to ensure that events such as hostage situations suicide calls or any 911 call are being attended in the fastest way possible, as LSPD headquarters is located in the middle of the city. This leads to saving more lives of citizens, and being able to be there on time, can help in de escalating the situation. Using departments and communicate with other Orgs is crucial to take control of situations even faster. Also making sure that Units understand which situation and missions take priority from each other is very important and needs to be taught to them. With the help of fair bonuses and great awards such as Employee of the week, or even best Units within the department can improve dedications and motivation from each Unit. I also want to make sure that ceremonies should be held in a more interactive way, for me this day should be used for every department HC to mention their important weekly feedback to the organization. Aswell can small events be held, such as Airborne (swat) conducting an air show. This gives the org an overall better outlook.
