2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

- I have been Commander in LSPD , 1-time Commissioner( SAHP ), and 1-time Head Of Department (FIB). My leadership experience guarantees efficient running and management of the department.

- Passion for law enforcement and justice becoming a leader of fib allows me to contribute to protecting citizens ,combating organized crime and ensuring a fair and lawful society. this role would give me platform to channel my dedication to justice into impactful actions.

- The Only Reason To Choosing FIB is I have Most Experience In FIB Than Other Organizations And I Learned Soo many New And Interesting Stuff in FIB, I Know Well How FIB Works And What is the motive Of FIB Is.

- I have good Talented Team Which Are Patinate To Their Work Their First Priority Is Their Job And Their Missions Help Me Lead This ORG And Got Trusted Staff Who Love Doing Their Work, Because If you Don't Even Like Your Work You Will Never Get Success And I Trust My Team, A Strong Organization Is Built By their Own Officers So my Second Motive Is To Get Experienced Officers And I will Conduct Weekly Check on Every Officer That They Are Doing Their Work Well or Not, And I will Ensure That The Professionalism and Fairness Are Actually Working In my Department? 3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the Organization.

I think newbie should be supported and trainees. I will make a team that are professional and experience enough to hire and train the new employees. I will select my HR staff very carefully so that they can train everyone efficiently. And I think one important department of every organization is HR department and I myself am with this HR department. I have been connected for a long time. I will always prioritize professionalism in the organization. I will make sure that my employees are professional in every situation with the citizens and with the state employees. I will try to do as many events as possible to motivate my employees towards FIB. My intention is to explain the responsibilities of that department to those who are skilled in that department. I will boost the morale of hardworking employees of my organization with strong bonuses so that they feel my organization as their own. This method will motivate every employee in my organization. I will do my best to ensure that each employees is putting the appropriate roleplay commands to make the RP better. I will try to teach each of the new comers how to put an appropriate Roleplay commands.
As I mentioned earlier my ultimate goal is to make FIB the most popular in this city.


Departments:

Human Resources: They will be specialized in hiring and training the new commers.

Internal Affairs: Division that investigates incidents and possible suspicions of criminals.

CID : The team will cover evidences by going undercover against gangs so that a casefile full of evidence can be made to raid the gang HQ


PR (Public Relations): They will help me do some events to maintain good relationship with the citizens.

Special Operations (Spec Ops): Executes high-risk missions, counterterrorism, covert operations, and crisis situations.


My Goals as Director​


1. Keep the FIB Active 24/7
We need a federal presence around the clock. No ghost shifts, no inactive rosters. I'll make sure every time zone is covered and that people are excited to show up and do their job.


2. Bring Pride and Respect Back to the Organization
Somewhere along the way, agents stopped respecting each other — and it shows. I want this to be a place where agents hold their heads high, support each other, and take pride in what they do.


3. Build Out the Task Force + Bring in K-9 Units
This is something I’m really passionate about. K-9 units will bring a new level of realism and engagement to searches, raids, and routine stops. They’ll be a key part of an expanded task force that actually feels elite.


4. More Interrogation RP with a Clean System
We’re bringing back meaningful interrogation RP — no more chaos. With help from GOV and LSPD, we’ll build a fast, clean system that still gives players the space to get creative.


5. Add Departments + Fix the Rank Structure
I want a hostage negotiation team that’s trained and ready, and a stronger HR department to handle the day-to-day structure. These things matter when it comes to managing chaos and improving the flow during big events.
