Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I've been in other servers for a while now and spent most of my time on it meeting new people and experiencing different organizations as crime and state aswell as unofficial. I had alot of dreams when I first joined the city and tried achieving them one by one until I set one of my biggest goals which was achieving a leadership position. I kept gaining more experience then eventually.I also had a new goal which was to join the admin team and then i said to myself that I will try to go for admin. I want to leave RP life and become an admin because still to this day I still see alot of rulebreaks by people and people ruining other's RP experience by doing these rulebreaks and not abiding by them and it would be an honor for me to help these people and try to make RP better for everyone.
What are your strengths?
My strengths are that im a very patient person, have great communication skills, Hard working, good listener, I learn things very fast and im very dedicated to the things that im doing so i'll put all my effort into what im doing and keep trying to be better at it.
What are your weaknesses?
My weaknesses are that when im put under alot of pressure I sometimes get very stressed and overwhelmed and im an overthinker.
What skills can you bring to the admin team?
The skills im willing to bring to the admin team are my skills and the time im willing to spend doing or working on something aswell as how much effort I will put into treating everyone fairly and trying to make everything better for everyone and also how I try my best to be better at the things im doing.
