2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- I want to become leader of ballas because I think I have gained enough experience as I have been high command in many gangs and also lead the events by my own. So now I want to try something new and run my own gang and I think ballas would be the best choice for it and I will make best gang term ever.
- As I have to make my ballas term the best gang term ever for that I have many friends and allies with many top families which will help me in my term. I also have friends who have been recent deputies and leader of past gangs and they will guide me by their experience which can help me alot. And I will try my best to complete my term with minimal or no verbal/warns. And I will complete 100% turf with my friends.
- I will make my organization active 24/7 and I will also try my best to terrorist whole city that everyone will fear by passing through ghetto and highway even Leos will also think multiple times by passing through ghetto. Also gangs are busy fighting with each other but I will make a unity in every gang and make our all illegal activities successful like fz raid, hostage situations, highway robberies. I am ready to face any challenges that comes upon my term. As other gangs I will also keep a good bonus system by which my gang members will also do their best to be active 24/7.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
1) I will hire new members in the city and I with my deputies and high command will teach them about gang activities by which they will also get interest and the chances of rule breaks will become down.
2) I will not promote any kind of toxicity as I have seen that many situations completely become worst by toxicity and even many gangs got disband. So whoever will do toxicity in my gang I will directly blacklist him.
3) As I already told that I will keep a good bonus system and I will not do any kind of favoritism I will give the ranks to people who will show their activities in gang.
Goals:
1). Max spray profits 24/7. Being organized and having a spray team
2). Become the most active gang in the ghetto and at events in the city
3). have the right leaders behind me. Having the correct HCs and Deputies
4). don't miss any events. Participate in all possible events
5). Hostage situations more often for RP and different kinds of fun
