2. Why do you wish to be the head of this particular organization?
2.1 I worked under Four leaders and have been with EMS for almost 4 months. I have been HC for only 2 months but i reached the rank of COD through my hard work. Everybody recognised my Hardwork and my knowledge and supported me through the promotions. EMS was my first term ever in the previous city and even tho i tried other organisation nothing felt right with me except for EMS. After going through FTO Ranks i got the basics and the knowledge about EMS even better. and after becoming a HC I have been Active for almost 6 hours in only EMS and even more on Weekends.
2.2 I will built strong management and decision making skills. I will organize teams efficiently & communicate clearly and make quick informed decisions under pressure. My focus on fairness and motivation helps drive team success and productivity.
2.3 With my experience I will make a team that will be ready for any situation and any challenges. I will try my best to teach my team about EMS and how to manage EMS as a HC. I will try my best that my HCs will work together with coordination.
3. Your Advice for improving the roleplay level in the organisation.
3.1 I will make sure that doctors in the hospital take proper training so that the citizens receive proper health care under my watch and doctors will follow proper roleplay process to help citizens. I will make sure all the human resources know how to properly train newbies.
3.2 I will train the HC and the fellow Doctors to show professionalism through Roleplay such as usage of Radio Codes and NO FL involved in it. We will attend events with other ORG as well to have a proper relationship with them and provide them necessary Medical Service.
3.3 So to make the employees fun working in my term, I will try to host so many unique events/giveaways and it will be surely help them to be engage in roleplay and will enjoy working here. Which will benefit the org as well as those employees will tell their friends to join EMS too.

They will focus on training employees and improving role-play activities. After training, they should monitor the trainees to ensure they are performing well.
Medical Department (MD)
The MD Department will concentrate on engaging with people and ensuring that the hospital is covered 24/7.
Laboratory Technicians (LT)
The LabTech Department will focus on developing medicines in the Medical Laboratory.
Ambulance Services (AS)
Ambulance Services will be specifically designed to handle calls related to ground services.
Rescue Operation (RO)
Rescue Operation will focus on rescue operations over long distances. and attend all the events.
Internal Affairs (IA)
Involving Internal Affairs in training initiatives can help address any underlying issues within the organization.
Public Relations (PR)
Hosting PR events and interaction with citizens.
