3. Your suggestions to enhance the Roleplay level in the organization

1: Implement Clear Radio/Dispatch Status
We need to sound professional and organized on the radio channels.

Standardized status updates for dispatch using short, simple codes include 10-8 for 'In Service', 10-19 for 'Return to Station', and 10-23 for 'Arrived on Scene'. 2: The Weekly Promotion Ceremony Plan
Fixed Time Slot: Plan the ceremony at a time during the week when traffic is low, such as Sunday at 8 PM EST. This way, it will not interfere with peak roleplay hours and ensure maximum attendance.
